What you will do
- Manage and grow a book of accounts by meeting target revenue and performance metrics.
- Represent the company at the executive level to build strong relationships with clients and brokers.
- Develop and execute strategic recommendations for account expansion and program effectiveness.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities in partnership with brokers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the client experience across sales, marketing, and support.
- Document and train internal staff on new processes and policies related to client management.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in-office in Atlanta, GA, 3 days per week.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of account management experience.
- Proven track record of managing employee benefit programs.
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Ability to travel up to 35% of the time for client events and stewardship.
