What you will do
- Manage and expand a dedicated portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention and net-new adoption.
- Build and deepen relationships with senior leaders and executive sponsors at client firms.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that convert opportunity into measurable expansion.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and regular client check-ins to align on outcomes.
- Monitor client health and act proactively to remove friction.
- Partner across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver seamless client experiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Account Management at SaaS, technology, or subscription businesses.
- Must be based in the US (NJ Metro area).
- Proven track record of growing and retaining executive-level relationships.
- Familiarity with private equity or financial services markets.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel and present to clients as needed.
