What you will do

• Manage and expand a dedicated portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention and net-new adoption.
• Build and deepen relationships with senior leaders and executive sponsors at client firms.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans that convert opportunity into measurable expansion.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and regular client check-ins to align on outcomes.
• Monitor client health and act proactively to remove friction.
• Partner across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver seamless client experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Account Management at SaaS, technology, or subscription businesses.
• Must be based in the US (NJ Metro area).
• Proven track record of growing and retaining executive-level relationships.
• Familiarity with private equity or financial services markets.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel and present to clients as needed.
