What you will do

• Serve as the central hub connecting internal and external communications programs.
• Own end-to-end production of executive memos, all-hands materials, blog posts, and campaign copy.
• Maintain a master editorial calendar to align internal milestones with external communications.
• Design and manage scalable intake processes for communications requests across the business.
• Act as a strategic advisor and ghostwriter for senior leadership.
• Establish a measurement framework to track content output and employee engagement metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing and corporate communications experience in B2B technology or enterprise software.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills across diverse formats.
• Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder communications programs from planning to execution.
• Strong systems-thinking ability to design editorial calendars and approval workflows.
• Experience collaborating closely with executive leadership on communications strategy.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model (3 days in office).
