What you will do

• Lead channel and content strategy for advisor-facing communications to ensure a consistent experience across touchpoints.
• Develop and execute multi-channel communication programs and strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
• Provide strategic counseling to Distribution leaders to translate enterprise priorities into cohesive strategies.
• Create and edit content for multiple channels, including traditional print, web-based collaboration, and social media.
• Apply change management disciplines to organizational reputation and "run-the-business" initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external creative vendors and channel managers to ensure timely distribution.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (based on provided US-specific benefits and EEO policies).
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or marketing.
• Proven knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry.
• Demonstrated leadership in developing strategic, multi-channel communication programs.
• Strong professional writing, editing, and relationship management skills.
