Salary: $119,300 - $371,300 USD

What you will do

• Define and own the global corporate narrative and annual communications strategy aligned with GTM and brand priorities.
• Lead media and public relations, managing press strategy, media relationships, and agency partnerships.
• Develop executive voice and thought-leadership platforms across earned and owned media channels.
• Oversee corporate social media strategy, voice, and real-time monitoring to shape brand reputation.
• Manage customer-facing corporate communications and build formal playbooks for corporate developments.
• Lead crisis and incident communications, creating frameworks and protocols for high-stakes situations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in corporate communications or PR.
• Experience leading the function within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record as the corporate voice for a public or pre-IPO company.
• Hands-on experience in crisis and incident management for cloud software businesses.
• Proficiency with modern AI tools for drafting, message testing, and monitoring.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related discipline.
