What you will do
- Drive pipeline development through partner-led opportunities and coordinate with Account Executives.
- Develop and maintain joint business plans with shared goals, budgets, and strategies.
- Build and expand relationships with strategic partners, including C-level stakeholders.
- Measure and track partner contributions using KPIs like revenue generation and deal registration.
- Recruit, onboard, and engage new partners to integrate them into the ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Marketing to promote partner success stories and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Experience in a partner-facing sales role within the enterprise software industry.
- Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and ecosystem management.
- Proven ability to build trust and rapport with C-level executives.
- Proficiency in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
- Knowledge of Linux, Hybrid Cloud, Container Management, and AI infrastructure.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for closing high-value, complex deals.
