TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Enterprise Software): Driving the expansion of hirify.global’s footprint within the APAC market, with a dedicated focus on Korea, by serving as a strategic advisor to enterprise organizations. Focus on orchestrating complex "Land & Expand" sales cycles and aligning graph technology capabilities with high-value business outcomes.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Singapore)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans to build a robust pipeline and meet sales metrics.
  • Execute end-to-end, value-driven enterprise sales cycles employing "Land & Expand" strategies.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams, including BDRs, Field Marketing, and Channel Directors.
  • Partner with Pre-Sales Engineering to scope and deliver impactful Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical proposals.
  • Foster strategic co-sell relationships with local public cloud partners such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting within Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience meeting or exceeding quotas selling technical solutions and enterprise software.
  • Experience executing complex enterprise sales cycles using structured methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, consultative selling).
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with C-level executives across business and technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent proficiency in both English and Korean is required for customer-facing interactions.
  • Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling data platforms, NoSQL, or relational databases, preferably into the Financial Services sector.
  • Knowledge of commercial open-source software (COSS) business models.
  • Deep understanding of cloud provider ecosystems (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and Generative AI integrations.
  • Experience working in an agile, high-growth software environment.
