What you will do
- Build strategic relationships with partners to align on joint business objectives and nurture a partner ecosystem with the and Microsoft team.
- Facilitate match-making to drive opportunities, connecting partners to sellers and identifying how specific business needs can be met via solutions.
- Assist with partner co-selling for 's corporate-focused partners to drive joint pipeline and partner consumption of products.
- Leverage data insights and analytics to optimize pipeline health, forecast revenue accurately, and identify growth opportunities.
- Leverage the voice of partners and customers to identify and alleviate key customer and partner success blockers.
- Drive consistency and scalability of partner programs from and Microsoft across Japan.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, architecture experience, or business development experience.
- Fluent Japanese and proficient English language skills.
