What you will do
- Secure new design wins and co-engineer solutions to drive products into production and revenue growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customer teams to align 's solutions with their product roadmaps.
- Develop and execute technical account engagement strategies to ensure customer success.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and lead customer design reviews.
- Act as the primary technical interface to resolve customer issues and maintain high satisfaction.
- Provide actionable feedback to internal product teams on customer requirements and future market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in hardware and software architecture, specifically with Linux, client, workstation, or datacenter products.
- Demonstrated experience in technical sales, customer engagement, or product development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting technical challenges.
- Technical expertise in systems architecture and project management.
- Location: Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan for on-site presence
