Salary: $27.42 - $50.72 Hourly (approx. $57k - $105k annually).

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day social media content ideation, channel management, and community engagement.
• Develop and execute social content calendars aligned with company priorities and business moments.
• Draft and publish internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and Slack updates.
• Partner with PR teams and leadership to amplify key announcements and storytelling initiatives.
• Track and report on social media and communications performance using audience insights.
• Support broader PR initiatives, including press events and vendor coordination.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media, communications, or public relations.
• Must be able to work onsite in Santa Monica, CA, four days per week.
• Strong written communication, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing social media channels and developing content for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in social media analytics and performance measurement tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
