What you will do

• Write and manage company-wide internal communications via Slack, email, announcements, and leadership updates
• Establish and run a consistent cadence for internal communications, partnering with leadership on priorities
• Develop employer brand messaging for careers site, including employee stories to support hiring
• Run corporate social channels like LinkedIn, creating posts for product launches, wins, and events
• Produce content across channels weekly, using AI tools to simplify complex ideas and respond to market moments
• Track engagement data and feedback to continuously improve communications

Requirements

• 5+ years in corporate communications, internal comms, employer brand, or social/content roles
• Strong writing skills to simplify complex topics
• Experience owning internal channels (Slack, email, updates) and social media (especially LinkedIn)
• Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
• Cross-functional experience with Marketing, People, and leadership teams
• Comfortable using AI tools for content creation
• Interest in mission-driven work for public sector technology
