Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 annually

What you will do

• Execute integrated marketing and PR strategies across insurance and reinsurance segments.
• Develop key messaging and positioning statements in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Manage media relations, including pitching stories and preparing executives for interviews.
• Create high-quality content such as white papers, thought leadership pieces, and website copy.
• Oversee social media strategy and content calendars for professional B2B platforms.
• Track and report on PR metrics and campaign performance to provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of professional experience in PR or communications, preferably in financial services or B2B sectors.
• Proven track record in media relations and journalist relationship management.
• Ability to translate technical (re)insurance information into accessible content.
• Experience managing B2B social media strategy and content creation.
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
• Must be able to work hybridly from Warren, NJ or New York, NY offices.

• Knowledge of insurance/reinsurance industry dynamics and terminology.
