What you will do

• Partner with communications and business teams to deliver effective internal communication programs.
• Plan and support employee events, including all-hands meetings and engagement campaigns.
• Create and edit engaging content for the intranet, email, and digital displays.
• Manage the site newsletter, including content development, distribution, and performance tracking.
• Support video and storytelling projects from planning through execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communications within a corporate environment.
• Experience with content management systems, Microsoft Office tools, and digital communication platforms.
• Must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Must be based on-site in San Diego, CA, USA.
