What you will do

• Lead commissioning activities from initial equipment startup to final system validation.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Review testing procedures, system checklists, and performance verification documentation.
• Test utility infrastructure, electrical power, low voltage, life safety, and mechanical systems.
• Identify system deficiencies and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Provide comprehensive field and office support, including reporting and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Must be available for on-site work in Arlington, VA.
• Proven experience in commissioning complex building systems and infrastructure.
• Ability to lead field activities and coordinate with diverse project stakeholders.
• Proficiency in reviewing technical documentation and performance verification results.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as required by project needs.
