What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day operating model of the Enterprise Transformation Office and manage the internal team.
• Shape enterprise transformation strategy by translating leadership priorities into actionable roadmaps and governance structures.
• Partner across business, technology, finance, and HR teams to ensure integrated execution of major initiatives.
• Oversee value realization, enterprise AI operating strategy, and organizational readiness efforts.
• Synthesize complex information into clear recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Build internal capabilities to strengthen execution and reduce reliance on external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Strategy, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, strategic operations, or program leadership.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, including direct or matrix management in complex environments.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, highly visible initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability without relying solely on direct authority.
