What you will do

• Act as the lead writer for critical commercial proposals, collaborating with senior leadership to develop winning deal strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Partnerships, Expansion, Operations, and Finance to secure competitive procurements.
• Manage multiple complex procurement processes in parallel using strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Review team proposals to ensure alignment with technical capabilities, transit industry norms, and innovation standards.
• Conduct data-driven performance reviews of procurement dynamics with executive stakeholders.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve proposal processes through automation and generative AI.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management, editorial leadership, or high-level long-form writing.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and structure for diverse audiences.
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to synthesize complex project details into a coherent strategic narrative.
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively across all organizational levels, from associates to C-suite executives.
• Academic background in humanities, social sciences, or related fields requiring rigorous argumentation.
• Passion for urbanism and improving global access to public mobility.
