Principal Consultant, Analytics & AI Governance (AI): Designing and implementing enterprise-wide governance frameworks for the scalable adoption of analytics and AI with an accent on risk management and business agility. Focus on developing Responsible AI practices, establishing Centers of Excellence, and aligning organizational change with technology capabilities.
Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)
Salary: $136,600 - $177,050

What you will do
- Design governance frameworks and operating models to scale analytics, automation, and AI while maintaining trust and compliance.
- Develop governance approaches for generative AI, machine learning, and agentic workflows aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Establish and evolve Centers of Excellence (CoEs), governance councils, and stewardship models for customers.
- Lead strategic workshops and maturity assessments to provide roadmaps for AI enablement and self-service adoption.
- Define and evolve ’s internal Governance Practice methodologies, delivery assets, and service offerings.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise transformation, governance, or AI enablement.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing governance programs or CoEs.
- Experience with BI platforms such as , Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Must be able to comply with U.S. export controls.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Responsible AI principles and enterprise risk management approaches.
- Experience working with large enterprise organizations.
- Experience creating reusable consulting methodologies and frameworks.
