Compensation: $270,000 – $320,000 OTE + Equity.

What you will do

• Represent the company as a senior voice across industry panels, forums, and the legal-innovation community.
• Advise customer innovation and knowledge teams on AI transformation strategy, policy, and success metrics.
• Partner with the VP of Legal Innovation & Strategy to drive speaking engagements and executive advisory.
• Own special projects, including building practical ROI frameworks for in-house legal teams in collaboration with Value Engineering.
• Publish high-impact analysis that shapes the market narrative for corporate legal technology.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in legal-innovation, legal-operations, or strategy roles within corporate legal teams, top law firms, or legal-tech.
• Deep understanding of the economics and psychology of legal leadership and organizational decision-making.
• Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with GCs, CLOs, and CIOs.
• Demonstrated track record of public thought leadership through writing and conference speaking.
• Must be based in the US to support the hybrid/onsite requirements in New York City.
