Advisory Strategy & Operations Director (Consulting): Serving as the operational and strategic integrator for the Transactions Solution Family to translate strategy into action and measurable outcomes. Focus on driving operational excellence, P&L performance, and growth enablement across the practice’s full lifecycle.

Location: Must be based in Edison, NJ. This position follows a hybrid work model requiring in-person attendance at least three days per week at a GT office or client site.

Salary: $170,000–$190,000

What you will do

• Act as the day-to-day operational leader for the Transactions Solution Family, ensuring execution against strategic priorities.
• Manage P&L performance, including revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost management.
• Drive practice financial rhythms such as forecasting, pipeline reviews, and utilization reporting.
• Coordinate across marketing, sales, and delivery functions to drive consistent Go-to-Market execution.
• Translate strategic priorities into roadmaps, KPIs, and execution plans while removing operational bottlenecks.
• Lead Advisory transformation initiatives and establish scalable processes for resourcing and delivery oversight.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, operations, or professional services with a focus on Transactions-related work.
• Proven experience translating strategy into execution at scale within matrixed, partner-led environments.
• Advanced analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of P&L mechanics.
• Proficient executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Deep interest in applying AI to deliverable production and practice building.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
