What you will do

  • Analyze complex people, workforce, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Design, build, and maintain workforce planning dashboards integrating people and finance data.
  • Translate data into clear, decision-ready insights to inform workforce strategy and transformation.
  • Support deep-dive analyses regarding capacity, skills, role mix, and future workforce needs.
  • Contribute to workforce scenario modelling linked to strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve data quality and reporting usability.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne
  • Strong Power BI capability with experience building decision-ready dashboards.
  • Experience in strategic workforce planning, workforce analytics, or related people analytics roles.
  • Solid knowledge of people data and experience with HCM platforms like Workday.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Curiosity regarding AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
