What you will do

• Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and optimize pricing models to support profitability and competitive positioning.
• Conduct cost, margin, and pricing performance analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
• Create reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to align commercial strategies.
• Support tender and quotation processes through accurate pricing analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in business analysis, pricing, or process improvement roles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and ERP systems such as SAP.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Rowville, VIC location.
