What you will do

• Lead business analysis activities by collaborathirify.global with stakeholders and Solution Architects to define future-state processes.
• Capture and document requirements through workshops, produchirify.global customer journeys, process maps, and user stories.
• Translate complex business objectives into clear, traceable, and development-ready requirements.
• Review and validate technical solutions to ensure alignment with business needs and architectural constraints.
• Support system integration testhirify.global (SIT) and user acceptance testhirify.global (UAT), includhirify.global defect analysis.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and ensure requirements are well-defined and prioritized across delivery squads.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sydney
• Experience workhirify.global in Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end lendhirify.global and mortgage processes, particularly within originations or servichirify.global.
• Proven ability to translate complex business objectives into clear requirements and process flows.
• Skilled in analyzhirify.global current and future-state processes and collaborathirify.global with technical teams.
