TL;DR

Outbound Sales Development Representative (SaaS/Construction): Driving pipeline growth through high-volume outbound prospecting and strategic account research with an accent on cold outreach and relationship building. Focus on mastering the sales playbook, qualifying prospects, and collaborating with Account Executives to accelerate revenue in the construction technology sector.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New York City or San Francisco for a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office).

Compensation: $65K Base Salary + $25K Commission Target (OTE $90K) + Equity.

hirify.global is a fast-growing vertical software company rebuilding core HR, finance, and operations systems for the construction industry using AI and embedded payments.

What you will do

  • Drive net-new pipeline through 80–100 daily dials, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Research target accounts and key personas to craft tailored messaging.
  • Communicate value propositions and qualify prospects to book ~5 direct SALs per month.
  • Manage prospect nurturing through to discovery call and handoff to Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline metrics in Salesforce.
  • Test and refine sales scripts, cadences, and messaging to build a repeatable playbook.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in New York City or San Francisco.
