What you will do
- Generate leads through proactive outbound efforts including cold calling, email, and social outreach.
- Research and identify potential customers matching the ideal customer profile.
- Qualify prospects through discovery conversations to understand their needs and challenges.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Sales Executives.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot to ensure a clean and organized sales pipeline.
- Develop expertise on product offerings to provide compelling information to prospects.
Requirements
- Must be based in Europe
- At least 12 months of experience in a sales role, ideally in SaaS, tech, or B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and data-driven sales methodologies.
- Experience with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot.
- Ability to think creatively and handle rejection with a goal-driven attitude.
- Strong interest in technology and ability to grasp value propositions quickly.
