What you will do

  • Generate leads through proactive outbound efforts including cold calling, email, and social outreach.
  • Research and identify potential customers matching the ideal customer profile.
  • Qualify prospects through discovery conversations to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Sales Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot to ensure a clean and organized sales pipeline.
  • Develop expertise on product offerings to provide compelling information to prospects.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Europe
  • At least 12 months of experience in a sales role, ideally in SaaS, tech, or B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and data-driven sales methodologies.
  • Experience with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot.
  • Ability to think creatively and handle rejection with a goal-driven attitude.
  • Strong interest in technology and ability to grasp value propositions quickly.
