Salary: $195,000 - $225,000 annually

What you will do

• Oversee technical delivery of pre-created workspaces with common toolsets for rapid onboarding.
• Manage intake workflows and automate user access provisioning with appropriate approvals.
• Lead workspace creation in PreProd and Prod environments ensuring security and access controls.
• Coordinate with Databricks SMEs and engineering teams to resolve blockers and improve workflows.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and configuration standards for scalable provisioning.
• Communicate technical status, risks, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States and eligible to work remotely within the US.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in technical project management, cloud platform coordination, and delivery management.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architectures, data platforms, Databricks, and automation workflows.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a suitability/Public Trust clearance.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Scrum Product Owner, or Scrum Master.
• Experience with AWS, Azure data platforms, RBAC models, and cloud infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with federal, healthcare, or regulated data environments.
• Knowledge of project management tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.
• Understanding of security compliance processes such as Security Impact Analysis (SIA).
