What you will do

• Translate product strategy and regulatory requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, workflow modeling, and edge-case generation while validating outputs with clinical domain judgment.
• Own backlog readiness and ensure specifications are testable, supportable, and aligned with business outcomes.
• Partner with engineering, UX, and architecture teams to resolve scope and dependency ambiguities.
• Triage support tickets and client escalations to identify patterns and actionable product improvements.
• Support GTM and release readiness by providing product details and workflow impact analysis to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst in a software product organization.
• Strong requirements analysis, user story writing, and specification-quality discipline.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly for research and analysis while maintaining strong domain judgment.
• Experience working directly with engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Healthcare IT, EHR, or clinical workflow experience is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Deep fluency in ambulatory EHR workflows (orders, medications, billing, etc.).
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as ICD-10, SNOMED, FHIR, HL7, and LOINC.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Productboard.
• Background in regulatory, patient safety, or certification-driven product work.
