What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and roadmap development to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Translate complex business and clinical needs into scalable, data-driven technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, design, and operations teams to execute product strategy.
• Prioritize enhancement requests by balancing customer impact, technical feasibility, and organizational goals.
• Define and track product success metrics, value propositions, and ROI to ensure measurable outcomes.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and insights to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare technology product management, specifically in regulated environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy or PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end product ownership and Agile delivery execution.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in prioritization frameworks and metrics definition.
• Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
