Salary: $152,443 - $221,062 per year

What you will do

  • Drive the vision, strategy, business requirements, and roadmap for assigned digital products.
  • Lead high-performing cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, and AI experts.
  • Oversee the full product life cycle from vision and OKRs to execution and budget management.
  • Leverage market research and customer data to guide feature development and optimize user experience.
  • Establish partnerships with business stakeholders to align product goals with organizational strategy.
  • Monitor and mitigate operational, security, and regulatory risks.

Requirements

  • Must have valid US work authorization (no sponsorship or F-1 STEM OPT extension available).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or health care.
  • 7+ years of digital product management experience (including 5 years with platforms).
  • Proven experience managing complex product families and leading people.
  • Proficiency in design thinking methodologies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for multi-level organizational alignment.
