TL;DR

Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 USD

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of active health system partners to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Lead the pre-launch phase for new partnerships, defining growth strategies and success metrics.
  • Align clinical operations, product, finance, and legal teams to ensure partnership launches and ongoing commitments are delivered.
  • Define and monitor core KPIs, including patient funnel, capacity allocation, and utilization.
  • Identify market opportunities and trends to sharpen partnership strategy and inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or growth roles within healthcare or digital health.
  • Proven track record of cultivating relationships with senior stakeholders and health system executives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to model partnership economics and build business cases.
  • Excellent communication skills for representing the company to C-suite counterparts.
  • Ability to thrive in matrixed environments and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work from the New York office 4 days per week.
