What you will do

• Drive product strategy for healthcare experiences to help members make informed health decisions.
• Develop and prioritize an outcomes-driven product roadmap balancing member value and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, clinical, and regulatory teams.
• Leverage member research and data analysis to ensure products deliver trusted and engaging experiences.
• Contribute to the AI-powered health intelligence vision to adapt experiences to unique physiology.
• Ensure all healthcare features adhere to regulatory requirements and ethical scientific standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping successful consumer-facing digital products.
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with healthcare, wellness, digital health, or regulated products.
• Knowledge of clinical validation, health data, or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks.
