Salary: $450,000 - $600,000 OTE

What you will do
- Architect account strategies, stakeholder maps, and deal structures for mega-deals with large health systems.
- Leverage existing C-suite networks to accelerate access to target accounts.
- Define the strategic account portfolio and maintain detailed execution plans for every target.
- Build the operating cadence and coaching infrastructure to elevate the revenue team's ability to handle complex deals.
- Design creative commercial structures, including multi-year agreements and gainshare models.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Value Attainment, Clinical Solutions, and Customer Success to ensure deal viability.
Requirements
- 12+ years in enterprise healthcare sales or strategic account leadership.
- Proven track record of closing $5M+ deals with multi-stakeholder, multi-year cycles.
- Active, deployable C-suite relationships across health system leadership (CEO, CMO, CIO, CFO).
- Expertise in navigating complex procurement, including IT/clinical governance and board-level approvals.
- Deep understanding of health system operations and clinical workflows.
- Experience building and mentoring enterprise sales teams.
Nice to have
- Experience selling clinical AI, ambient documentation, or clinical decision support.
- Background in health system consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, Huron).
- Experience with gainshare or performance-based contract structures.
- Success in displacing incumbent vendors like Epic or Nuance/DAX.
