Mid-Market Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new revenue through prospecting, high-impact field engagement, and disciplined execution of the full sales cycle. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the San Francisco, CA office (Hybrid: 4 days per week in-office)
Compensation: $180,000 – $210,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Identify and target high-growth Mid-Market companies and key decision-makers.
- Execute cold outreach strategies including email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate pipeline.
- Qualify customer challenges and communicate the value of the platform.
- Manage efficient sales cycles with multiple stakeholders from discovery to close.
- Partner with customers post-sale to identify expansion opportunities across teams and use cases.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in a closing role.
- Proven track record of success in a quota-carrying role.
- Strong pipeline management and prospecting skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter approach.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving startup environments.
- Strong communication and trust-building skills.
