TL;DR
Account Executive (SaaS): Managing the full sales cycle for mid-market businesses to improve employee experience with an accent on consultative selling and value-based conversations. Focus on driving pipeline growth, navigating complex buying journeys, and closing mid-sized opportunities within the ITSM and EX domains.
Location: Hybrid (onsite expectations 3x/week, Tues-Thurs, from the Boston office)
Salary: $100,000 - $141,450 Base Salary + variable compensation and equity

What you will do
- Lead value-based conversations with mid-market customers regarding ITSM, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and virtual selling.
- Guide buying teams through the decision-making process using a consultative and empathetic approach.
- Manage and close mid-sized opportunities from negotiation to final agreement.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in Boston, MA, with the ability to work onsite 3 days per week (Tues-Thurs).
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS or mid-market sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on deep listening and driving value through discovery.
- Solid understanding of SaaS platforms.
- Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
