TL;DR

Account Executive, SMB (Fintech): Driving revenue and market share within the rental real estate market by acquiring new clients and managing the full sales cycle with an accent on relationship building and pipeline optimization. Focus on establishing partnerships with senior executives and navigating complex organizational decision-making processes.

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week) in New York, San Francisco, or Salt Lake City. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates outside these areas.

Salary: OTE $124,000 - $155,000 USD (for Tier 1 markets)

What you will do

  • Drive revenue and market share within the rental real estate market through new client acquisition.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to closing expansion contracts.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline within the CRM.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers via outbound efforts.
  • Educate prospective customers on the value proposition and utility of hirify.global.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts team to develop strategic adoption plans for new customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a consistent track record of quota attainment.
  • Ability to build relationships with middle management and ownership quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in prospecting via phone, email, and social media.
  • Must be based in or be able to relocate to New York, San Francisco, or Salt Lake City to meet hybrid office requirements.
