hirify.global is an AI talent agent for technical hiring that builds richer candidate profiles and charges companies only when a hire lands.

What you will do

  • Own the full commercial cycle: sourcing, outbound, discovery, multi-stakeholder navigation, negotiation, and close.
  • Build pipeline from scratch using multi-channel outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn, and events) and qualify opportunities independently.
  • Sell hirify.global’s matching thesis to Heads of Talent, hiring managers, and founders by explaining how richer profiles produce hires that stick.
  • Define ICP and territory, focusing on engineering-led companies and AI startups where hirify.global wins, and build the account map.
  • Close the loop with internal teams by relaying market signals to Founders, Product, and Talent Operations to improve selling and product.
  • Build early commercial infrastructure (messaging, CRM process, case studies, forecasting) that a scaling revenue team will inherit.

Requirements

  • Track record of independent delivery: ability to own and close deals end-to-end with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with quota-carrying sales and strong pipeline discipline (forecasting, follow-through, and CRM hygiene).
  • Comfort selling to technical and founder buyers (credibility matters more than a script).
  • CRM-native experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and comfort with prospecting platforms like Apollo or Clay.
  • Experience selling recruiting, HR, or talent products.
  • Background as an early/founding sales hire at a fast-scaling startup.

Hiring process

  • 30-minute video call with the Internal Talent Lead to align on role/business and overlap with your background.
  • Call with the hiring manager for deeper questions on short/medium objectives.
  • Practical task (usually completed offline) followed by an onsite loop including an interview centered on the task, culture/values, and a meeting with a senior team member or the Founder.
