Business Development Representative

TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Sales): Driving targeted outbound prospecting and lead generation for regional sales teams with an accent on identifying new business opportunities and managing the sales pipeline. Focus on executing outbound phone and email campaigns to qualify leads and support the growth of a high-performance sales organization.

Location: Must reside near Dallas, TX and be able to commute to the office 3 times per week.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (base + commission).

What you will do

• Act as a liaison between customers and internal marketing and sales teams.
• Drive targeted outbound prospecting activities to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate qualified leads through consistent outbound phone and email efforts.
• Research, qualify, and transition new leads to Regional Sales Directors.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas on a quarterly and annual basis.

Requirements

• Must reside near Dallas, TX and be able to commute to the office 3 times per week.
• 1-2 years of experience in a business or sales development role, preferably in technology.
• Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to articulate client challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce.com.
• BA/BS degree.
