Location: Hybrid – Lakewood, New Jersey (Must be based in the US)
Salary: $65,000–$80,000 Base + Commission ($100,000–$120,000 OTE)

is a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in IT and cybersecurity solutions for healthcare organizations.
What you will do
- Execute daily outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking events.
- Research healthcare organizations and surgery centers to identify key decision-makers and business triggers.
- Conduct initial qualification calls to uncover business challenges and IT environment needs.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the sales leadership team.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity records within HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, customer service, or other customer-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable initiating cold outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Strong organizational skills and a coachable, self-motivated attitude.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Lakewood, New Jersey.
Nice to have
- Previous BDR/SDR, inside sales, or appointment-setting experience.
- Background in healthcare, technology, or cybersecurity environments.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Exposure to managed IT services, SaaS, or cloud solutions.
