TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Healthcare IT): Generating new sales opportunities by identifying and engaging prospective healthcare organizations with an accent on outbound prospecting and lead qualification. Focus on building a healthy pipeline of qualified meetings and introducing managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.

Location: Hybrid – Lakewood, New Jersey (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 Base + Commission ($100,000–$120,000 OTE)

hirify.global is a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in IT and cybersecurity solutions for healthcare organizations.

What you will do

  • Execute daily outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking events.
  • Research healthcare organizations and surgery centers to identify key decision-makers and business triggers.
  • Conduct initial qualification calls to uncover business challenges and IT environment needs.
  • Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the sales leadership team.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity records within HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, customer service, or other customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable initiating cold outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong organizational skills and a coachable, self-motivated attitude.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Lakewood, New Jersey.

Nice to have

  • Previous BDR/SDR, inside sales, or appointment-setting experience.
  • Background in healthcare, technology, or cybersecurity environments.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Exposure to managed IT services, SaaS, or cloud solutions.
