What you will do

• Design and implement processes and systems to help the GTM organization run faster
• Build lightweight AI agents and automations to reduce manual work across the revenue team
• Own discrete projects and workstreams from framing through execution
• Partner with GTM leadership to turn ambiguity into clear recommendations
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership

Requirements

• 3–7 years in strategy & operations, revenue/sales operations, or business operations at a B2B startup
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with fluency in spreadsheets
• Experience building tools or processes that others rely on
• Deep comfort with AI tools and excitement for using them to work faster
• Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce and strong understanding of CRM systems, workflows, and best practices
• Able to work onsite

Salary: $135K–$180K + equity + bonus
