TL;DR

Location: On-site in New York City, NY

Salary: $240,000 – $330,000 OTE + Equity

hirify.global is an AI-native revenue platform that automates the contract-to-cash lifecycle for modern finance and accounting teams.

What you will do

  • Define and evolve the GTM strategy, including segmentation, pricing, packaging, and growth initiatives.
  • Execute strategic projects to unlock growth through sales enablement and process optimization.
  • Own annual and quarterly GTM planning, budgeting, territory mapping, and revenue forecasting.
  • Design scalable systems and operational rhythms to increase revenue organization efficiency.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to implement strategic ideas.
  • Establish reporting and metrics to drive data-informed leadership decisions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in strategy, operations, or revenue functions.
  • Background in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or high-growth startups.
  • Proven track record of building or scaling a GTM or business operations function.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market engines.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct reporting-line authority.
  • Must be based in New York City for on-site work.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a quota-carrying or customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with the finance/accounting buyer persona.
  • Experience designing sales or product enablement programs.
  • Domain knowledge in accounting, revenue recognition (ASC 606), or financial operations.
