What you will do

• Set strategic roadmap for bookkeeping, payroll, and tax service offerings anticipating market shifts
• Reimagine financial service delivery using automation, AI, and specialized tooling
• Establish scalable operating models for multi-functional service workflows
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 25+ financial service professionals
• Define operational KPIs for accuracy, retention, and customer satisfaction
• Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and fintech teams to expand integrated accounting solutions

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States
• 8+ years leading operations in bookkeeping, payroll, tax, or small-business financial solutions
• Experience managing large remote teams and scaling service capabilities
• Proven use of AI tools and automation to improve team efficiency
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll compliance, and tax workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience

Nice to have

• Experience with home services professionals or contractors
• CPA, EA, or similar financial certification
• Hands-on experience with modern automation or financial orchestration tools
• Strong analytical skills focused on cross-functional efficiency and data integrity
