Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Define project scope, objectives, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and budgets, ensuring delivery remains within scope and on schedule.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on milestones.
• Track project costs and provide regular status updates to the IT Director and PMO.
• Manage change control processes and facilitate post-delivery benefit realization reviews.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management with at least three years in similar organizations.
• Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience delivering application, development, and business change projects.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and customer engagement.
• Must be willing and able to undergo mandatory BS7858 pre-employment background vetting.

Nice to have

• Degree qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with infrastructure-based projects.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Workday technologies.
• PMP or Prince 2 certification.
