What you will do
- Design and deliver change strategies for Ignition platform implementations tailored to customer scale and complexity.
- Work embedded within customer operational teams to drive adoption and embed new ways of working.
- Analyze operational data, KPIs, and workflows to identify adoption barriers and optimization opportunities.
- Act as a trusted change advisor to customer leadership, training leads, and continuous improvement functions.
- Build customer capability by coaching internal change agents and delivering tailored training programs.
- Monitor and report on change performance, adoption metrics, and customer readiness.
Requirements
- Proven experience with 's Ignition platform, including deep functional knowledge.
- Experience leading change initiatives in customer-facing, technology-led transformation environments.
- Understanding of energy retail or similar service delivery environments.
- Practical application of change management frameworks in complex, multi-stakeholder contexts.
- Ability to use operational data and KPIs to inform and guide change strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across operational and executive levels.
