What you will do
- Lead end-to-end change management for complex technology-enabled initiatives from early shaping through delivery and adoption.
- Develop pragmatic change approaches, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans.
- Partner with sponsors, project managers, and business leaders to align stakeholders and proactively manage delivery risks.
- Measure business readiness and adoption outcomes using insights to identify risks and shape interventions.
- Contribute to the development of global change standards, playbooks, and AI-enabled approaches.
- Provide practical advice and support to smaller initiatives across the portfolio.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading end-to-end change management on complex technology-enabled programmes or transformations.
- Proven track record as a Change Lead in large, global, or matrixed organisations.
- Expertise in designing impact assessments, sponsor engagement, and enablement strategies.
- Practical experience using generative AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of project delivery.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical change into clear actions for diverse audiences.
- Must be based in or be able to work from London or Oxford.
