Director, Growth Content (Fintech)

Salary: $183,560–$262,229 per year, plus potential equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across products, digital channels, and global markets.
• Lead creation of blogs, product guides, videos, case studies, whitepapers, ebooks, webinars, and social content.
• Lead, manage, and coach content creators, editors, and strategists.
• Integrate AI tools into content creation, distribution, personalization, and lifecycle workflows.
• Establish efficient production processes and ensure content quality, brand consistency, search optimization, and strong user experience.
• Define performance metrics, analyze contribution to pipeline and revenue, and collaborate with marketing, sales, product, design, SEO, and regional teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing and executing content strategies for technology products with a user-first approach.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Experience coaching and developing teams and building or scaling content functions.
• Strong understanding of AI tools for content marketing, SEO practices, and content performance analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B fintech, payments, cross-border commerce, or regulated financial services.
• Experience building content functions, processes, workflows, and team structures from the ground up.
• Experience with multi-market localization and globally distributed teams across regions and time zones.
• Experience working in dynamic, collaborative, startup-like environments.
