What you will do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global content strategy aligned with product goals and brand identity.
• Lead and coach a team of content creators, editors, and strategists to produce high-quality assets across multiple formats.
• Integrate AI tools into content workflows to drive efficiency, innovation, and personalization.
• Establish production processes and lifecycle management from ideation to analysis.
• Define success metrics and analyze content performance to inform future strategy and revenue contribution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including product marketing, sales, SEO, and regional leads to ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in content creation or marketing, preferably in fintech or technology.
• Proven track record of executing successful content strategies for tech products.
• Strong leadership experience in building and scaling high-performing content teams.
• Deep understanding of AI tools and their application in marketing workflows.
• Expertise in SEO best practices and content performance analytics.
