Senior Content Strategist (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; on-site at the Union Square office.

Salary: $159,000–$188,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the US editorial strategy, content themes, publication calendar, cadence, and audience planning.
• Research, structure, and write reports, essays, points of view, and industry analysis for the legal sector.
• Develop bylines and external content with executives, legal engineers, and customers.
• Maintain editorial quality and voice standards, edit contributors, and shape tone-of-voice guidance.
• Build content for search and AI answer engines, while coordinating distribution with Growth, Brand, and International Marketing.
• Define and track engagement, sales usage, and pipeline-influence metrics, using performance data to guide the editorial program.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, editorial work, or journalism.
• A strong published writing portfolio demonstrating range, voice, and the ability to explain complex subjects clearly.
• Experience owning a content program or publication end to end, including planning, commissioning, and editing.
• Experience producing sales-facing content for enterprise buying committees and long sales cycles.
• Comfort with SEO and content performance data, plus experience collaborating with product marketing, brand, communications, and executives.
• Ability to use AI tools for research, structuring, and iteration while retaining final editorial judgment.

• Experience in B2B, SaaS, legal, financial services, or another complex industry.
