Head of Organic Growth (Crypto)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $110.4K–$220.8K annual base salary, excluding bonus, equity, wellness allowance, and other benefits.

What you will do

• Own hirify.global Pro’s organic acquisition strategy across SEO, content, social, community, referrals, and partnerships.
• Map the funnel from first touch to first trade, identify conversion drop-offs, and develop re-engagement opportunities.
• Partner with Product and Design to improve landing pages, sign-up flows, onboarding, and in-product experiences.
• Turn product strengths and brand trust into acquisition and retention levers for traders.
• Lead and coach a lean team while remaining hands-on with shipping, testing, and optimization.
• Build dashboards, run experiments, report growth insights, and ensure compliant messaging with Legal and Communications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2C acquisition or growth marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, trading, or gaming.
• Experience leading a small team in a player-coach role.
• Strong product sense and the ability to identify and reduce UX friction.
• High AI competency and analytical rigor across funnels, cohorts, attribution, and experimentation.
• Broad marketing experience across SEO, content, social, lifecycle, and partnerships.
• Strong communication, leadership, and familiarity with trading culture and trader language.

• Background in fintech, crypto, trading, or gaming.
