What you will do

• Build and maintain new features using Elixir and React for the hirify.global Connect platform.
• Ship code frequently within a CI/CD environment following agile principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to solve complex production issues.
• Research and prototype new technical solutions to improve product scalability.
• Participate in constructive code reviews and mentor team members.
• Contribute to technical documentation and architectural decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience developing Elixir or Erlang applications.
• Must reside in one of the approved US states: AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
• Proven experience building scalable UI/UX for SaaS products.
• Experience with payment processing systems like Stripe and GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and PostgreSQL.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills with experience in test-driven development.
