What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations for the caregiver platform.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure engineering standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US within the EST or CST time zones.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in backend development.
• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare domain with knowledge of regulatory compliance.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, microservices, and serverless architectures.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET and Python.
• Solid understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular.
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled solutions in healthcare workflows.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools like Cursor AI or GitHub Copilot.
