What you will do

• Build and maintain Ruby on Rails systems at scale.
• Own features throughout the entire lifecycle from implementation to production.
• Write and maintain comprehensive automated tests including unit, integration, and E2E.
• Investigate production issues and debug complex system problems.
• Design practical solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Integrate AI-powered tools to improve productivity and development workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Must be based in the EMEA region.
• Strong backend skills including database management and API design.
• Solid experience writing and maintaining automated tests.
• Curiosity about AI technologies and practical experience using AI tools for development.
