What you will do

  • Generate qualified outbound pipeline for enterprise accounts with 1,000+ employees.
  • Design and execute creative, account-based outreach campaigns using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Research and map key stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and Operations.
  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to develop territory plans and secure high-quality meetings.
  • Utilize sales technology tools to identify in-market opportunities and personalize messaging.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in lead generation or outbound sales.
  • Strong interest in or experience working within a SaaS organization.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as an independent self-starter while collaborating in a team.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to multi-task and shift priorities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Knowledge of HR tech platforms or the HR domain.
